Originally released in April 2000, the Kaleidoscope album was a transformative project for DJ Food, a concept brought to life by Coldcut’s founders. Under the skilled direction of Kevin Foakes (Strictly Kev) and Patrick Carpenter (PC), this album redefined the landscape of electronic music, blending innovative beats and soundscapes.

To celebrate its 20th anniversary during the national lockdown in England, the duo revisited their archives to unearth a treasure trove of material from the original sessions. This effort culminated in the Kaleidoscope Companion, featuring previously unreleased tracks, alternate mixes, and unique interpretations, now packaged as a stunning quadruple vinyl set.

This limited edition release is not just a collector’s item; it’s a journey through sound that showcases the evolution of DJ Food’s artistry.
